AetherHeal Global Inc. (“the Company,” “we,” “us”) complies with Korea's Personal Information Protection Act (PIPA) and other applicable laws to protect the personal information of visitors to and people who contact us through our website (aetherheal.com). This Privacy Policy explains what personal information we process through the website and business inquiries, on what purposes and legal bases, and how we protect it.
It applies only to the Company's website and business inquiries. It does not apply to any patient-facing application or service for the general public, and the Company does not operate such an application. Marketing communications are governed separately by our Consent to Receive Marketing Communications notice.

We process personal information for the following purposes and on the following legal bases.
For EEA visitors, the legal bases are consent (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a)), performance of a contract (Art. 6(1)(b)), the Company's legitimate interests (Art. 6(1)(f)), or legal obligation (Art. 6(1)(c)).
Marketing communications are handled under a separate, optional consent governed by our Consent to Receive Marketing Communications notice and are not duplicated here.
Some of our processors (such as hosting and analytics) may be located outside Korea, in which case personal information may be transferred to and processed abroad. The items transferred are the automatically collected information and inquiry information in Section 2, to the extent necessary for the relevant service.
The recipient, destination country, and the date and method of transfer will be reflected in this Policy and disclosed once the relevant infrastructure is decided.
We comply with PIPA's requirements for overseas transfers and, where applicable, rely on appropriate safeguards under the GDPR such as an adequacy decision or Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs).
This website is intended for professional and business users such as clinics and physicians, partners, and investors, and is not directed to children under 14. We do not knowingly collect children's personal information and will destroy it without delay if we become aware of it. For EEA users, the applicable age may be 16 or a lower age set by the relevant member state.
We may revise this Policy to reflect changes in law, policy, or our operations. We will post the changes and their effective date on the website, and for material changes we will provide notice by an appropriate means before they take effect.
