The record itself becomes a safeguard.
The medical record is central to after-the-fact adequacy review and to preventing disputes. Clinical Copilot drafts in a Problem Oriented Medical Record (POMR) structure, separating the basis, assessment, plan, and documentation gaps for each problem. It reflects the Korean Medical Association mutual-aid association guidance so it is designed to check statutory record items, and we are strengthening the e-signature and record-integrity safeguards in line with Medical Service Act Article 23.

A draft becomes a record only after physician review and approval. Fully meeting legal e-signature and EMR preservation and integrity requirements is a separate implementation scope.
One engine
More specialties, still one engine
The method we are validating first in skin and wounds is designed to carry over to other specialties such as internal medicine, emergency, ophthalmology, and dentistry. Structuring the visit conversation, reasoning over it with specialty AI, and having a physician review it into the record works the same way whatever the specialty. Because each new specialty reuses the same engine, we do not rebuild a field from scratch.
